I ONLY accept PayPal. It is a secure easy-´to-use online payment system, where you already have an account in probably. If you don’t, it is not necessary you to register, you can pay directly with your payment card through their page. Ask me if you have problems.
All payments must be done before the shipping is done. If the PayPal payment has not been done within the first 48h from purchase, order will be cancelled. If – for any reason- you cannot submit payment of the purchase, please send me a sentence and let me know, so I can solve it.
Therefore, I do not include receipts in the package unless I am asked for.

All items will be shipped via registered mail. Once taken to post, I will let you know the track number in the e-mail address you have given to me, so you can follow the package. As the principal administrator of Miss Nebel I commit not to use your personal details (anything required on the order form or anything you could send me by message or e-mail) for anything not being the service you have asked for, always respecting your privacy and using any information you give in a responsible way. -If you are cat allergic or the person who is using the piece is, please bear in mind that I have a cat. My house is my workshop and Willow lives in it. I always try her to have minimum contact with the pieces, especially those which are made out any kind of fabric (velvet or crochet chokers, for instance) but it is inevitable some or her hairs to get in contact and I would not like anyone to have a fright because of it. Thank you for understanding and bear it in mind.
-Never expose jewels to wáter, perfumes or any other chemicals (including soaps, gels or any other detergents, creams, lotions, disinfectants, etc. Rubbing them with a clean and dry cloth is enough to polish them. Do not wear them while washing up, while having a shower or going to the swimming pool. Be sure of putting the jewels off before going to sleep in order to avoid chocking the jewel to get damaged. Be careful to put on and take gloves, scarves, helmets ... you could break the piece or even hurt you.
